1. There should be no leakage in the reducer during use or after checking and replacing parts after unpacking.

2. Regularly check for loose hardware, oil level fluctuations, oil temperature and bearing temperature. Gears and bearings should be free of abnormal vibrations and noise.

3. Keep the surface of the reducer clean, and the vent plugs must not be blocked to facilitate heat dissipation.

4. Contact the manufacturer for parts. After replacing the parts, run-in and load tests should be carried out before formal use.

Check for any abnormalities around the cooling tower; check whether the cooling tower power connection is secure (whether the phase voltage meets the voltage requirements of the chiller unit);

Check whether all valves that need to be opened in the water system are open;

Check whether the water pump and fan are rotating in the correct direction;

Check whether the closed cooling tower circulating water tank is filled with water, and whether the water supply interface of the spray collecting tank is connected.

The reducer should regularly check the oil level. It is recommended to use 22 to 28 double-curved gear oil or 90 to 120 industrial gear oil. In summer, use high-viscosity oil for about 500 hours during the first operation, empty the oil, and replace it with new oil. The fan, motor and reducer must be inspected according to the corresponding product instructions before operation. In particular, the motor wiring should be connected according to the wiring diagram provided by the motor manufacturer. Sometimes the two sides show inconsistencies, which easily leads to incorrect connection. The startup sequence is from low speed to high speed. During use, there are also several points to note: the cooling tower inlet water must be clean, preventing residual iron slag, dust, and debris from clogging the water distributor, blocking pipes, or blocking nozzles. Damaged water distribution pipes and nozzles should be replaced to affect the water distribution effect and water spraying equipment. If the above situations occur, they should be removed in time.
